Shipping is flat-rate $10 AUD for all orders in Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada and Indonesia. All other orders flat-rate $25.
Unwashed, unworn and unused items with the hygiene sticker still in place on bikini bottoms may be returned for exchange or store credit up to 14 days from dispatch date. Please notify us of the return on email@example.com. The shipping of returns is handled at the customer's own cost. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, hygiene sticker intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For on sale or coupon discounted items all sales are final, exchanges are accepted only if the item is received faulty.After contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you are wanting an exchange, please send item by post to: Midnight Swim PO Box 3473 Wareemba NSW 2046, Sydney, Australia
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and If the item is as new we will send you your exchange and notify your of the tracking number.
All items are checked prior to dispatch and the best measures are taken to ensure safe delivery, however if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package on email@example.com.
Please email a photo and full description of the fault for return details. We will only accept faulty goods if the goods were received damaged and no attempt has been made to repair the goods. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible we will replace the item however if we are out of stock you will receive a full refund. As Midnight Swim is not liable for the loss of garments being returned, we recommend you return faulty items using registered trackable mail. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Midnight Swim will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement.
